Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Director to join our team. As a key member of the leadership group, you will be responsible for overseeing the production output and ensuring we provide a world-class experience for internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute heavily to the development of strategic plans, processes, and delivery to ensure exceptional results.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the in-house production team, including video editors, producers, and videographers.
Build career pathways and set objectives for the production department while remaining hands-on through regular coaching and mentorship.
Represent production in planning sessions and partner with other stakeholders to ensure issues are addressed and team cohesion remains strong.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Head of Production or similar in a media production company.
Proven people management skills, with experience building and leading highly efficient and engaged teams.
Strong process improvement skills, with ability to share examples of boosting efficiency.
Technical knowledge of video production and commercial knowledge of media production.
Superior communication skills and ability to guide and influence stakeholders.
