Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Risk Management and Surveillance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial markets, with expertise in equity and derivatives management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and analyze equity and derivatives products across exchanges
  • Utilize pricing models and Greeks to assess and manage risks
  • Supervise trading and settlement processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to compliance
  • Address and resolve client issues promptly while maintaining high standards of communication
  • Make critical decisions swiftly related to trading and risk management

Requirements:

  • Proficient in NSE/BSE products, option pricing models, communication, decision-making, algo trading compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, MBA) are advantageous
  • 2-5 years of experience in financial markets, with a focus on equity, derivatives, and option pricing
