About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Personal Support Worker.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you will provide quality personal, social, and emotional care and support to residents.
You will play a crucial role in resident's overall wellbeing by assisting with activities such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming, maintaining their dignity and privacy.
- Providing personal care including assistance with activities of daily living;
- Maintaining records of care provided, observations, and any changes in the resident's condition;
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for our residents;
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Cert III Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification;
- A flexible and adaptable approach with a willingness to learn;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
