Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quality personal social and emotional care and support to residents in accordance with Arcare's values.
  • Assist with activities such as showering dressing toileting and grooming maintaining the dignity and privacy of each resident.
  • Help residents with walking using mobility aids or transferring between different positions.
  • Monitor health and report any changes in the resident's condition.
  • Support residents with their dietary requirements and assist them in the process of eating.
  • Keep accurate records of care provided observations and any changes in the resident's condition.

Requirements

  • Cert III Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification.
  • Adaptable passionate and willing to learn.
  • Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
  • Friendly and effective communication abilities.
