About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse/Midwife to join our dynamic team at Mount Gambier & Districts Health Service. As a key member of our Medical Ward, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess individual patient needs and develop effective care plans
  • Provide health education, counselling, and rehabilitation programs to improve patient outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient care
  • Support and guide newer or less experienced staff, Enrolled Nurses, student nurses, and other healthcare professionals
