
Key Revenue Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our high-performing sales team and drive revenue growth for our Managed IT Services business.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate the BDM, Account Management, Hybrid Sales, and Sales Admin teams to deliver results
- Drive growth through market analysis and identifying new opportunities
- Design and execute Go-To-Market sales strategies that deliver measurable outcomes
- Build and strengthen client relationships to increase recurring revenue and retention
- Represent the organization at industry events and key client meetings to expand its presence
- Manage the preparation of compelling tenders, proposals, and submissions
- Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to shape offerings and pricing strategies
- Demonstrated success in sales leadership, ideally within technology or managed services
- Proven record of growing teams, exceeding revenue targets, and driving recurring service sales
- Strategic sales planning and commercial acumen
- Strong stakeholder communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in CRM/reporting tools and data analysis
- Ability to work cross-functional and collaboratively with internal teams
