Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to oversee fleet operations and management.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will supervise staff, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure effective communication within the team. They will also implement operational policies and procedures to optimize fleet performance and facilities management.

  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a diverse team effectively
  • Fleet Operations Management: Experience in coordinating and managing fleet activities, including maintenance and logistics
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Maintenance Coordination: Knowledge and experience in coordinating maintenance activities to ensure seamless operations
  • Collaborative Environment: Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Familiarity with the needs and cultural considerations of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people is an advantage.
