**Job Title:** Middle Leader

Magdalene Catholic College is seeking an experienced educator to lead our Personal Development, Health and Physical Education (PD/H/PE) Faculty. The successful applicant will be required to work collaboratively with our team of committed professionals to implement our College vision and mission.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of educators to achieve academic excellence and improve student learning outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching programs aligned with NESA requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers to improve their practice and student outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and creativity in teaching and learning.

**Essential Selection Criteria:**

  • A deep understanding and commitment to the mission and purpose of the Catholic School within the broader Catholic Church.
  • A commitment to academic excellence and a sound knowledge of contemporary approaches to pedagogy.
  • The ability to build a learning culture of shared responsibility for quality teaching and student learning growth.
