Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals to provide exceptional customer service and create memorable moments for visitors.
  • Oversee daily operations, staff rosters, and workflow to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Welcome families and maintain a joyful atmosphere, ensuring every visitor feels valued and appreciated.
  • Bring energy and positivity to the workplace, even on busy days, to motivate team members and promote a positive work environment.
  • Set an example by demonstrating warmth, professionalism, and festive flair in all interactions with visitors and team members.
  • Manage POS operations, processing, and packaging of visitor prints and photo packages with attention to detail and care.
  • Ensure every family's photo moment with Santa is of high quality, creating lasting memories and keepsakes for visitors.

  • Must have or be willing to obtain a Working with Children's Clearance.
