Ao3 Legal Support Officer: A Key Role in Administrative Excellence
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will provide administrative support with legal filing and document management, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and monitor shared mailboxes to maintain efficient communication flow.
- Manage Court Orders and diarise Court Events to ensure timely compliance and optimal performance.
- Prepare and respond to correspondence, manage enquiries from respondents, parties, and participants, and assist lawyers in managing legal matters.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- At least 12 months of experience in Data Entry, Admin, or a related Legal field.
- A proven track record in fast-paced environments with strong organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining full Australian work rights.
