Job Description

The role of a Senior Business Analyst is to lead the development and execution of business strategies, focusing on data-driven insights. This involves analyzing market trends, customer needs, and operational performance to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver detailed product analysis and reporting to support business decisions
  • Develop member-focused strategies by analyzing product/channel performance
  • Participate in cross-portfolio initiatives to provide analytical support
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure initiatives are informed by member and customer insights
  • Provide input into engagement activities and support implementation of insight-led actions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience in product and customer analytics
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant business discipline
  • Strong ability to engage stakeholders and contribute to informed decision-making through clear communication
  • Solid understanding of commercial value drivers and business case fundamentals
