Business Intelligence Lead

As a Business Intelligence Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth through data-driven insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic analytics initiatives that inform business decisions.

Your primary objective will be to identify key opportunities for growth and develop actionable recommendations to drive business results. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver insights that meet their expectations.

You will have ownership of developing and maintaining complex datasets, ensuring data quality, and implementing best practices in data management. Your expertise in SQL and other analytics languages will be crucial in extracting valuable insights from large datasets.

A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, you will be able to effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your passion for analytics and its application in a business context will be evident in your work.

With a strong commercial acumen, you will be able to engage and influence business users to adopt analytics-based decision-making. Your experience in leveraging customer attributes and data products to optimize marketing campaigns will be invaluable in this role.

Requirements
  • Experience as a data and analytics professional with a proven track record (5+ years) in the development and business use of analytics technology and working with large & complex data sets
  • Track record in identifying, developing, and executing use cases that drive measurable business value
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to engage and influence business users
  • Experience in leveraging customer attributes and data products to optimise marketing campaigns and measure uplift
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders, communicating insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A real and demonstrable interest in analytics and its application in a business context
  • Proficiency in SQL and/or other analytics languages
  • Experience with visualisation tools such as PowerBI, Tableau
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
