Strategic Data Insights Manager

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Business Intelligence Leader to join our Trade business on a fixed-term contract. You will lead a team of analysts to deliver high-impact insights and help transform data into a powerful strategic asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts to foster a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Define and deliver the analytics roadmap in partnership with the Trade Analytics Manager.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance standards are consistently applied.
- Partner with leaders across the business to understand needs and deliver meaningful insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in business intelligence or data analytics, including leadership experience.
- Advanced skills in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling (DAX, Power Query, etc.).
