Product Load Coordinator

At The Travel Corporation, we're seeking a highly skilled Product Load Executive to join our team.
About the Role:
- Unload and load product into relevant systems with high precision to ensure timely availability for reservations, improving customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and manage product load contracts and addendums to meet deadlines for brochure production and campaign timelines.
- Maintain accurate supplier information, product notes, and images in the Calypso database.
- Liaise with suppliers to guarantee data accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Provide exceptional service by efficiently managing loading requests from reservations.
Key Deliverables:
- Successful management of product load contracts and addendums.
- Accurate maintenance of the Calypso database with up-to-date supplier and product information.
- Prompt and precise data loading in line with company requirements.
- Effective queue management and response to loading requests.
- Collaboration with suppliers and colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
About You:
- Your meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to build relationships will propel your success. You'll also:
- Be required to hold a tertiary travel industry qualification (desired).
- Demonstrate experience within the retail and/or wholesale travel industry.
- Exhibit high levels of customer service and effectively liaise with suppliers.
- Have extensive destination/product knowledge of desired regions.
- Be proficient in the Calypso Travel System and familiar with product design.
- Hold strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
