Load Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Load Control Specialist to join our Passenger Services Department. The successful candidate will have a high level of attention to detail, excellent prioritisation and multi-tasking skills, and a strong commitment to dnata's values and principles.

The Main Responsibilities of the Load Control Specialist include calculating the weight and balance of aircraft, ensuring limitations are observed and followed for a safe operation, and preparing Load sheets for Pilots. Additionally, the Load Controller will work closely with Load controllers at client carrier's centralised operation centre to coordinate Load sheets and provide information such as dead load statements, NOTOC and fuel figures from the Captain.

Selection Criteria:

  • Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work harmoniously both within a team and independently
  • High level knowledge of at least one DCS system
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Willingness to undertake any required training
  • Previous experience in load control capacity would be highly regarded but is not essential
  • Competency in Weight and Balance course
  • Positive attitude
