Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Support Workers, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being and quality of life of our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Companionship–being a friendly face & preventing loneliness
  • Personal Care–all aspects of personal hygiene
  • Medication–collecting prescriptions & providing reminders
  • Mealtimes–preparing tasty meals
  • Housekeeping–keeping their home just the way they like it
  • Mobility–help with getting around

The successful candidate will ensure this is done with the highest level of understanding and dignity for our clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient communication skills across all levels
  • A genuine interest in working with our client group
  • Passed DBS screening
  • Patient, compassionate, and positive attitude at all times
  • Eagerness to engage in vocational training programs, continually enhancing your skills and knowledge
  • Ability to display initiative and autonomy
