**Pastoral Care Volunteer Opportunity**

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to support the spiritual and emotional needs of our elderly residents. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Residential Pastoral Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support residents to meet their spiritual needs through regular visits and activities
  • Supplement and complement the work of our Residential Pastoral Care Coordinator
Requirements:
  • A high level of interpersonal skills, including strong empathy and listening skills
  • Pastoral Care training, such as Chaplaincy or Clinical Pastoral Education (or willingness to attend pastoral care training)
  • Availability to commit to regular volunteering sessions, 1-2 hours per week/fortnight for 6 months or longer
