About the Role
  • Provide high-level support, leadership, and guidance for supported employment programs.
  • Collaborate with Employment Coaches and stakeholders to create safe, inclusive, and empowering workplaces.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support employees with disabilities or other barriers to succeed in their careers.
  • Oversee employee induction, goal development, and NDIS plan preparation.
  • Evaluate the effective use of NDIS funding and align workforce planning with business objectives.
  • Mentor Employment Coaches in person-centred, rights-based employment supports.
  • Drive business improvement processes and identify innovative solutions to enhance processes, policies, and procedures.
