We currently have a full-time position available in Melbourne for an ambitious consultant who is looking to join a growing education consulting practice with career progression opportunities available.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to client engagements, form a core part of our consulting team, deliver high-performance outcomes, act as an emerging thought leader on projects, and be a part of the continuous growth of the team and the firm.

Hands-on project delivery with contributions to firm building through thought leadership, business development, and project management. Manage multiple parallel client engagements, with projects usually involving client and stakeholder engagement and consultation, solution and design workshops, research and analysis (qualitative and quantitative, as required), and developing high-impact reports/deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or higher in any field (e.g., MBA, MEng, MEc, MPA, MPH, other highly analytical disciplines)
  • 2+ years' experience in strategy and management consulting. Experience within the Higher Education sector will be highly regarded but not essential.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and create valuable relationships with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Adaptable
  • Full Australian Driving license
  • Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain if required
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, experience with analytics platforms/tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI will be considered as highly desirable.
