Senior Communications Leader

This role oversees the integration of diverse skills within a team to deliver quality internal and external communications, engagement support and services aligned with the organisation's strategic framework and priorities.

  • Ensure coordinated work, prioritisation, resourcing, alignment and delivery to standard.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies; policies and plans for enhanced consultation, reporting and evaluation to support the organisation's plan.

About You

  • Familiarity with Australian energy markets, the organisation's purpose and objectives, and the complex stakeholder environment.
  • Substantial knowledge and experience in strategic communications and engagement, preferably in government and/or regulatory environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced, large organisations.
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant fields or equivalent industry experience.
