About the Role

The Learning and Development Advisor will be part of the Organisational Development team and responsible for developing employee capabilities through training courses and external course recommendations to meet staff development objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing timely and relevant learning programs aligned with strategic plans and goals.
  • Facilitating and evaluating corporate and bespoke learning solutions across the Learning and Development suite of programs.
  • Monitoring, reviewing, and enhancing existing programs to improve the learner experience and alignment to Values and desired culture.

The role involves developing learning strategies to support the growth of employees and contribute to the success of the organisation.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

  • An excellent fit with our values of communication, collaboration, integrity, efficiency, and leadership.
  • Graduate qualifications in a relevant discipline or substantial experience to carry out the range of duties required.
  • A current Queensland 'C' Class driver's licence.
