We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Platinum Pacific Partners. As a key member of our Investment Operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing investment operations with a strong emphasis on IT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Manage key service provider relationships, including investment systems, IT, and the custodian.
  • Work with external service providers to ensure best-in-class functionality and automation.
  • Implement and maintain IT security/cyber protocols to protect sensitive data and business operations.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with business and data processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5-8 years' fund or investment operation experience with a focus on IT.
  • Strong understanding of technology, data integration, and IT security linked to operational best practices.
  • Ability to manage priorities and resources to effectively deal with changes in demand.
  • Future-focused and innovative, with the ability to anticipate and manage change.
