Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written communication, facilitation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain working relationships with stakeholders, including subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Coordinate training sessions with site-based workers
  • Design and develop cultural ambassador training materials
  • Interpret and apply research findings to develop program materials
  • Create tailored resources in collaboration with partners
  • Conduct iterative testing and refinement of training content
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders
  • Implement sponsorship programs
  • Identify, match, and engage participants with the program
  • Pilot programs across multiple sites
  • Design and develop network programs
  • Launch cultural ambassador programs nationally
  • Apply continuous improvement frameworks to adapt training delivery
  • Administer surveys to assess participant experience and measure program impact
Qualifications and Skills
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Understanding of cultural and operational dynamics of the construction industry
  • Excellent written communication, facilitation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience liaising with stakeholders
  • Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
