Construction Site Supervisor
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our construction sites.
- Receiving purchase orders and entering information into workflow software is essential for ensuring smooth project execution.
- Effective communication with multiple construction supervisors on various sites is crucial for meeting client deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Staff scheduling and contractor coordination will be your key responsibilities, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, ensuring maximum efficiency on our construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing warehouse duties, including inventory management and supply chain logistics.
- Coordinating with contractors and suppliers to meet project timelines and budgets.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.
- Previous experience in volume residential construction or a related field is highly desirable but not essential.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- A valid forklift license and willingness to obtain other relevant certifications as required.
