As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing technical and clinical support to customers. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver expert advice and guidance on the use of diagnostic imaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Providing expert technical support to customers on the use of diagnostic imaging equipment.
  • Product Training: Developing and delivering product training programs to ensure customers are equipped with the necessary skills to effectively use the equipment.
  • Clinical Expertise: Demonstrating clinical expertise in diagnostic imaging, including knowledge of relevant medical procedures and protocols.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Market Knowledge: Utilizing market knowledge to assist sales teams in developing effective sales and marketing strategies.

About You:

  • You have a solid understanding of diagnostic imaging principles and practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to travel within your designated region as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant degree in Diagnostic Imaging or a related field.
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Medical Radiation Scientist (MRS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in diagnostic imaging, with a strong understanding of relevant medical procedures and protocols.
