Job Title:

Clinical Care Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Care Manager to join our team. This is a permanent part-time opportunity with varied shifts across a rotating roster.

Location: Morley, WA 6062

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient/donor care in a safe and effective manner.
  • Greet and interview potential donors to assess eligibility and suitability.
  • Provide clinical oversight and guidance to team members during the blood collection process.
  • Perform routine blood pressure and haemoglobin tests, set up machines, and collection equipment.
  • Insert and remove needles safely to collect whole blood, plasma, and platelets.
  • Manage adverse donor reactions by providing instructions and physical assistance.
  • Monitor donors post-donation and assist with rebooking for their next donation.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration.
  • Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting; experience as a psychiatric nurse is beneficial.
  • Flexible to work varied shifts on a fortnightly rotating roster from Monday to Sunday.
  • Ability to occasionally lift between kg; frequently stand, walk, and bend to set up and pack down equipment.
