This part-time role offers the chance to deliver exceptional donor care and be part of a multidisciplinary team. As a Clinical Care Manager, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure a safe and effective blood collection process.
You will provide high-quality patient/donor care, interview potential donors, and guide team members in the blood collection process. You will also monitor donors post-donation, assist with rebooking, and coordinate the delivery of donor care.
Requirements- A registered nurse with a bachelor's degree in nursing (or equivalent) and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting, including experience as a psychiatric nurse.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts on a fortnightly rotating roster from Monday to Sunday, including weekends and afternoon shifts.
- Ability to occasionally lift between 9-22.7 kg, frequently stand, walk, and bend to set up and pack down equipment.
- Minimum five weeks' annual leave and salary packaging options.
