Overview

Senior Business Analyst – Salesforce, Aboriginal Housing Office (AHO) – part of the NSW Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ). The DPU manages AHO's internal and external Salesforce platform, Ngamuru, supporting property and tenancy management, contracts, compliance and additional functions. This full-time position is a temporary opportunity until 30 June 2028 (35 hours per week).

Base pay range

A$129,000.00/yr - A$142,000.00/yr

What you'll do

You will drive improvements to AHO's Salesforce platform (Ngamuru), ensuring business systems, processes and workflows align with strategic priorities. You'll work across multiple digital work streams, engage with stakeholders to develop business requirements, identify issues, and provide evidence-based advice with practical solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with stakeholders to analyse and improve business processes and workflows.
  • Developing business requirements and supporting best practice in Salesforce systems design.
  • Providing proactive, evidence-based advice and reporting to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supporting cross-division collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Monitoring and advising on Salesforce product development and future directions.
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with Salesforce systems.
  • Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across diverse work streams and manage competing priorities in a changing environment.
  • Proven experience working within the social housing sector, with a strong understanding of delivering services to tenants and maintaining housing stock.
