Operations Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead and mentor our team of Cardiac Physiologists and Sonographers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and a superior service experience.
]About the Role:
- Oversight of day-to-day operations to ensure quality standards and service level agreements are consistently met.
- Leadership, mentoring, and support of team leads and clinicians to achieve key performance indicators and professional growth.
- Implementation of continuous improvement strategies to optimize clinical workflows and data management processes.
- Scheduling coordination of onsite sonographers aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
- Maintenance of strong communication channels between clinical teams and senior leadership.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Team Lead or People Management role.
- Background in a clinical or healthcare field (Cardiac experience desirable).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
