Operations Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned operations professional to lead the commercial and day-to-day activities of our Melbourne, Australia site. This key role requires strong leadership, engineering, and facilities management skills to drive business growth and improve profitability.
About the Role:
This is a high-impact position that demands full P&L accountability, managing facility expenditure, working with the management team to meet operating targets, conducting performance analysis, and implementing business plans to ensure quality, compliance, accuracy, and timeliness.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Optimizing facility costs to enhance profitability
- Fostering close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and Risk Management principles
- Leveraging Lean Six Sigma certification or training to drive process improvements
- Mentoring a culture of high-quality standards and resolving complex problems
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Recognized Engineering and/or Facility Management qualifications
- Experience in hospital administration or manufacturing facility management
- Lean Six Sigma certification or training
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
