We are seeking an exceptional Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team at TurksLegal. As a key member of our General Insurance division, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our partners, lawyers, and shared services team to provide administrative support across the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to our teams, including secretarial duties, filing, closing files, and scanning documents.
  • Collate and download documents, create and organize claim files, and manage diaries to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Contribute to maintaining a professional office environment, including setting up workstations and IT equipment for new starters.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the Group.

Requirements:

  • A Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • An outstanding level of attention to detail, reliability, and responsibility.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and responsive approach, with the capacity to make suggestions to improve processes and outcomes.
