About the Role:
As a Support Officer, you will be using your administrative and organisational skills to support the functions and activities of the Capability Branch. Your key duties will include:
- Administrative and support arrangements for capability offerings
- Event booking, travel and catering arrangements
- Monitoring and managing branch inboxes and communications
- Supporting asset management and corporate functions for the branch
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Content Manager and MS Teams (exposure to SAP would be beneficial)
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Maintaining flexibility and availability to meet the needs of the team
