Retail Customer Service and Sales Representative

To deliver exceptional customer service and sales support in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a genuine ability to connect with customers, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert customer service to retail and trade customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Promote and expand Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts through effective product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities and implementing strategic sales plans.
- Support team members in achieving business objectives, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Contribute to maintaining a visually appealing store presentation through merchandising and general housekeeping.
The successful candidate will have prior experience in a retail environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. A competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office is also essential.
