Position Overview:

This is an on-site role as a Sales Representative to be part of SQD franchises, located in Hamilton and Mt Gravatt, in Brisbane, Queensland. The position consists of to sell footvolley trials, reaching out customers to introduce them to the Footvolley environment. About the role:

• Full Time / Part Time position as Sales Representative
• Brisbane Based - Working Hours: Everyday
• ABN only + Fortnightly Payment
• Opportunity to become a franchisee
• Ongoing Skills Development Training (Online & Onsite)
• Mentoring with SQD Board of Directors
• Opportunity to practice Footvolley Sessions
• Participate in SQD Events

Requirements:

• No experience needed
• Reliable
• Intermediate English is a must
• Must have work rights in Australia
• Passion for People
• Being an energetic person

Key Responsibilities:

Sell: Reach out to people and beat the sales target

Create, Manage & Nurture Leads: In charge to acquire new leads every day to keep the ball rolling. Explore different channels to acquire leads, including social media, and especially referrals.

Sales Process: Follow the sales process given during daily training. Contact leads, manage it, and follow up before and after sales. Guarantee a clear communication with leads to increase sales conversion.

Onboard Training: Up to 2 weeks of theoretical & introductory sales tutoring. Weekly and daily mentality education, as part of the skill development program.

Sales Goals: Stimulus to reach the next level all the time.
