Our team is seeking a skilled Sales & Service Representative to join us in providing exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will play a key part in creating positive interactions with our customers across various channels, including retail and trade environments.

About the Job:
  • Availability on weekends is a must.

  • Maintaining a safety-first approach to protect yourself, your colleagues, and customers.
  • Providing genuine service and creating moments that matter with our customers.
  • Utilizing strong customer service skills to contribute to positive sales performance.
  • Maintaining showroom presentation and merchandising standards at an exceptional level.
  • Processing stock, receiving, dispatching, and storing.
  • Being an enthusiastic, cooperative, and collaborative team member who contributes to a positive team culture.
