Job OverviewThis exciting fixed-term opportunity as a People & Culture Coordinator will see you provide P&C services support to employees, line managers, and in-business teams. You'll be responsible for contract preparation, answering general P&C queries, employee benefits administration, and system support.
This role is an excellent first step into the world of Human Resources, offering you valuable experience and a unique insight into how our business functions.
Responsibilities- Prepare and distribute new and change of employment contracts for all Retail and Support Centre employees
- Facilitate the candidate onboarding process for new starters
- Be the primary source for HRIS and LMS Administration
- Maintain new starter pack documentation according to legislation and superannuation requirements
- Assist new starters with employment queries and troubleshoot employee benefits issues
- Respond to general People & Culture related inquiries from employees and line managers
- Provide assistance to our employee benefit partner companies
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A degree qualification in Human Resources or a related field
- Customer service focus and passion, with previous experience in a customer service or admin support function
- Advanced PC skills, including Excel and Word
- The ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and maintain poise under pressure
- High attention to detail, with a tolerance for repetitive tasks
- Strong time management and organisational skills, along with the ability to use initiative and adapt in an ever-changing environment
