Job Title: Corporate Culture Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Corporate Culture Specialist in our Head Office located in Kew, Melbourne.

About the Role:

The primary focus of this role is to provide administrative support to our People & Culture (Employee Service Centre) team. This includes contract preparation, answering general P&C queries, employee benefits administration, and P&C system support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract management: Prepare and distribute new and change of employment contracts for all employees across various locations.
  • Candidate onboarding: Facilitate the candidate onboarding process for new starters, ensuring a seamless transition into our organization.
  • HRIS and LMS Administration: Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS and LMS administration, maintaining accurate records and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • New starter pack documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation in line with legislation and superannuation requirements, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Employee assistance: Assist new starters with employment queries and troubleshoot employee benefits queries and issues.
  • General inquiries: Respond to general People & Culture-related enquiries from employees and line managers, addressing their concerns and providing timely solutions.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
  • Advanced PC skills, including Excel and Word, with proficiency in using software applications.
  • Multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in preparing contracts and other documents.
