A career-defining position exists for a seasoned Electrical Engineer with exceptional technical expertise and outstanding interpersonal skills.

The role involves:

  • Leading the design and delivery of electrical services across multiple building projects;
  • Managing client relationships, attending design meetings, and serving as the primary point of contact;
  • Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members;
  • Contributing to business development by nurturing existing clients and supporting growth initiatives;
  • Overseeing project documentation, coordination with other disciplines, and ensuring compliance with Australian Standards;
  • Driving innovation in energy efficiency, lighting, power distribution, and emerging technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree-qualified Electrical Engineer with 5–12 years' building services consultancy experience;
  • Proven capability in leading electrical services design projects from concept to delivery;
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing experience;
  • Ability to manage teams, mentor junior staff, and coordinate across disciplines;
  • Commercially minded, with an interest in contributing to business growth;
  • Chartered Engineer (CPEng) or working towards this highly regarded accreditation.
