Senior Electrical Designer Role

At our organisation, we're dedicated to delivering sustainable design solutions for natural and built assets. Our team of experts is passionate about improving quality of life. We're seeking a talented Senior Electrical Designer to join our growing pipeline of energy projects.

You'll have the opportunity to develop project design solutions, negotiate infrastructure solutions with authorities, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

  • Develop project design solutions in collaboration with various disciplines.
  • Negotiate infrastructure solutions with significant authorities.
  • Project management, electrical system design, and lighting system expertise.

Preferred candidates will be motivated to learn project leadership, electrical system design, and possess excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working on urban redevelopment projects in Queensland, especially residential sub-divisions, and experience preparing engineering drawings, reports, calculations, and schedules.

Experience with local council procedures and applications, road lighting, and associated software to AS/NZS 1158 standards is highly regarded. Proficiency in computer-aided design software, electrical engineering software, and project management is essential. Knowledge of on-site data collection/survey procedures and construction estimating and coordination of tenders is also desirable.
