Senior Manager, Private Business Tax and Advisory

We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Private Advisory team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of privately-owned businesses, working closely with owners, C-suite executives, and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing proactive and practical solutions to address their unique challenges
- Cultivate strong working relationships with clients, collaborating across service lines and with the private business tax and advisory team
- Lead a team of Associates and Senior Associates, managing workflow and offering coaching to foster their growth and development
- Take charge of operational matters across the team, providing expertise and guidance to managers and associates
- Participate in operational and business development projects to elevate team capabilities and efficiency
- Qualification(s) in a relevant discipline such as Business / Commerce, Accounting or Finance, or other relevant professional or overseas qualification(s)
- CA / CPA qualified, or other relevant industry accreditation(s)
- Diverse business advisory experience, leading the delivery of high-quality and robust strategic projects
- Highly-developed interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to collaboratively work with and influence stakeholders at all levels of client organisations
- Significant people management and leadership capabilities, with genuine care for your people
- 9-day fortnight with no salary reduction
