Job Description:

  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members. This includes welcoming and communicating with members and potential members in person, by phone, or by mail, answering questions, resolving problems, and explaining membership and credit programs.
  • You will also provide prompt and courteous member service, answer phone calls, and direct members to product and service locations.
  • In addition, you will process new memberships and membership maintenance, including keying membership information into the computer, keeping logs and paperwork, and obtaining supervisor approvals when necessary.
  • You will also collect membership dues as keyed to the computer by check, cash, and debit/credit terminal, issue receipts, and issue membership cards using the computer, camera, and automated card printer.
  • Temporary cards will be issued by researching membership information in the computer and handwriting card.

  • Team Player: Cooperates well with a variety of personalities and individuals and participates in a professional manner to accomplish business goals.
  • Flexibility: Adjusts positively to change in direction or assignment and is able to do more than one task during a work shift.
