Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Assist Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with their hardship enquiries by assessing their applications and making recommendations.
  • Determining the most suitable approach to provide a genuine assessment to assist customers experiencing financial hardship.
  • Completing summary loan file checks, if applicable, to review initial customer lending.
  • Providing empathy to customers and directing them to appropriate counseling services where necessary.
  • Offering guidance and information to customers where a Hardship Notice is evidenced.
  • Maintaining relationships and regular contact with allocated customers until their financial difficulties have been remedied or other alternatives have been sought.
