  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Take the lead on incoming lending enquiries, identifying opportunities to grow your client base
  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to tailor the right lending solutions
  • Guide clients through the entire loan process, from initial conversation to settlement
  • Negotiate with lenders and stay up-to-date with the latest products and lending criteria
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, referral partners, and lending institutions
  • Mentor and support Client Associates (CAs) as part of a collaborative team
  • Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in mortgage broking with Cert IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking
  • A strong sense of initiative and integrity
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to manage the full lending process end-to-end
