Job DescriptionAs a therapy assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering therapy programs to clients under the guidance of a qualified Allied Health Professional. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting clients and their families to achieve their therapy goals, furthering your experience in the disability sector, and being a champion for customers to achieve their goals and independence.
This is a casual position based in Warwick and surrounds, with regular support from our therapists in person and remotely. The hours on offer are envisaged to grow based on your capacity.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Currently studying an allied health degree (e.g. SP, OT, DT, PT) or holding a Certificate IV in Allied Health - or;
- Fully qualified and/or experienced Allied Health Assistant (min Cert III);
- Hold a valid QLD Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening clearance;
- Have completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module training;
- Hold current First Aid and CPR; and
- Current drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle.
