Therapy Program Assistant

As a Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with Allied Health Professionals to design and implement individualized therapy plans. Your role will involve supporting clients and their families to achieve their goals and promote independence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients and their families through therapy programs and goal-setting.
- Contribute to the development of individualized therapy plans under the supervision of Allied Health Professionals.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide high-quality care and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications, such as Certificate IV in Allied Health or a degree in an allied health field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Capacity to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
