Compassionate Therapy Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to assist in delivering therapy programs to our clients under the guidance of a qualified Allied Health Professional. This is a casual position based in the community, offering flexibility and autonomy.
About the RoleThis role involves supporting clients and their families to achieve their therapy goals through the delivery of therapy programs. You will have the opportunity to further your experience in the fast-growing disability sector while receiving ongoing support from our Allied Health Professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver therapy programs to clients under the instruction and guidance of a qualified Allied Health Professional.
- Support clients and their families to achieve their therapy goals.
- Assist in all duties and work autonomously as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Allied Health students currently studying an allied health degree (e.g. SP, OT, DT, PT) living locally, perhaps studying externally - or;
- Certificate IV in Allied Health - or;
- Fully qualified and/or experienced Allied Health Assistant (min Cert III).
This position offers:
- The opportunity to gain real-world experience in delivering therapy programs.
- Ongoing support and supervision from our Allied Health Professionals.
- A casual position with flexible hours.
