  • Identify & coach emerging leadership talent.
  • Manage contingent workers and conduct onboarding.
  • Conduct mid-year and end-of-year performance reviews.
  • Partner with HR in managing performance and providing coaching and development feedback.

  • Develop and manage squads, focusing on team development and performance improvement.

Delivery Leadership

Drive delivery success by delivering the product roadmap, tracking and communicating progress.

  • Provide forecasts and timelines contributing to product roadmaps.
  • Lead prioritisation and dependencies for initiatives.
  • Ensure team effectiveness, overseeing team ceremonies & using standard delivery metrics to inform continuous improvement.
  • Manage project trackers with support from Finance.
  • Liaise with Technical Program Manager regarding planning and delivery of your teams.
