Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Growth Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing successful IT or consulting practices, with expertise in selling automation, process consulting, and data analytics solutions.

  • Develop and execute a business growth strategy for assigned accounts, collaborating closely with industry vertical sales teams.
  • Own revenue, margin, pipeline, TCV, and customer satisfaction for assigned accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, particularly with diverse teams, as well as excellent communication and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automation Sales Strategy: Prepare and execute an automation sales strategy for assigned accounts.
  • Revenue Growth: Own revenue, margin, pipeline, TCV, and customer satisfaction for assigned accounts.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across the organization to create targeted pitches and solution offerings.

Requirements:

  • Automaton Expertise: Strong understanding of AI solutions and experience working with cloud partners like Google, AWS, and Microsoft.
