As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients through personalized therapy services. This opportunity is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Effectively manage an allocated caseload to deliver therapeutic services that meet the needs of our clients
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functioning
- Develop and implement individualized treatment goals based on assessment findings
- Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
About You:
- Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA
- Experience in delivering person-centered Occupational Therapy services
- At least 2 years of clinical OT experience in community, rehabilitation, or paediatrics
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- The ability to work independently
