Seeking a skilled professional to fill a Coal Quality Tester position at our facility in Bowen, Australia.

Job Description:

As a Coal Quality Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of coal products. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting analytical tests, such as Total Moisture analysis, and physical tests, including sample preparation, crushing, dividing, and storage.

Key Requirements:

  • A strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Good grasp of computers/technology, including spreadsheets.
  • Comfortable with manual handling duties.
  • Ability to work to a flexible roster and willingness to work 12-hour day, day or night shifts.
  • Competent within a strong safety culture.
